The stake holders meet is an event in which all the stake holders of the department (Students, Teachers, Industry experts, Academic experts and Alumni) participate in discussing the opportunities in the Civil Engineering field and how the department can formulate a strategy to make the most of the opportunities available. During this meet which was held on 6^th July 2019, Mr. Fahd Yousuf was invited as an Alumni representative. He is a practicing civil engineer and works with Total Environment as a client consultant for residential projects. He emphasized on the importance of graduating engineers being technically ready to handle the rigours of the site in the civil engineering industry and also make the most of the placement opportunities available by undergoing internships and developing contacts with industry.
